About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our team. This role will involve providing strategic guidance and support to managers and staff on people and culture matters.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior People Partner role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing people and culture strategies, programs, and initiatives at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy, advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff on people and culture matters.
- Partner with executive management and other key stakeholders to develop, embed, and sustain people and culture initiatives and solutions for their teams.
- Manage the development and implementation of organisational people and culture change programs that align with corporate objectives.
- Act as a trusted adviser, business coach, and influencer to heads of divisions on people and culture.
- Proactively identify opportunities to shape and drive strategic and operational change initiatives that impact divisions and people.
- Ensure compliance with HR and WHS regulations, legislation, and organisation policy.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior People Partner role.
- Demonstrated skills and experience and proven capacity to lead the development and implementation of people and culture strategies, programs, and initiatives at a senior level.
- Experience delivering and driving performance and capability plans, engagement initiatives, and coaching on leadership and management uplift.
- Experience managing complex employment relations matters, including Enterprise Agreement bargaining.
- Excellent stakeholder, organisational, self, and priority management skills.
- Sound experience in dealing with a diverse range of people at all levels of the organisation.
- A forward planner with the ability to dive into detail to derive key insights from business reporting but also scan the horizon for emerging opportunities.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources degree or a relevant discipline.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package between $180,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
