Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café/Kiosk Attendant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
- Replenish condiments and supplies as needed, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our customers and staff.
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons, providing information and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with patrons, building a loyal customer base.
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options and special deals.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, with hours increasing during peak periods.
- Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style.
- Coffee making/barista skills, with the ability to create high-quality beverages.
- Food handling certificate, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- Current Food Handlers Qualification, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Police Check and Working with Children Check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.
- Ability to be flexible during peak periods, with a willingness to work varied shifts.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
