A career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Geotechnical Project Engineer to take on a leadership role.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in geotechnical engineering, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Supervise technical staff to successfully execute geotechnical projects.
- Provide strategic leadership across project execution, client development, and daily operations.
- Develop project proposals and reports or delegate tasks to team members.
- Strategically assign personnel to projects to achieve performance targets.
- Promote integrated service offerings, contribute to business growth efforts, and cultivate local client connections.
To be successful, you will require:
- A degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- A Professional Engineer license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain one by reciprocity.
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing staff, or the desire to learn.
- Business development experience and a desire to contribute to company growth.
