**What do we do?**

Established in South Australia in 1984, disAbility Living (DLi) began its journey by providing long-term accommodation and support for young adults who had reached a stage where their traditional housing options had narrowed. **What will you do?**

Reporting to the Manager, Client Engagement, you will be responsible for actively participating in timely development, implementation and review of supports required for clients. The Client Engagement team will actively promote and administer disability services which build independence and quality of life for people who access disability Living's services and supports.

In this hands-on role you will assist in the implementation, review and renewals of Service Agreements, Rosters of Care and Programs of Support. You will be following up on the agreed outcomes for each individual and coordinate client plan reviews and changes of circumstance with relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the documentation as required to achieve compliance with NDIS rules and regulations.

**Who are you and what will you bring?**

To be successful you will have experience working within the disability sector and extensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards. You will have a practical experience in developing NDIS compliant Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Rosters of Care, Programs of Support. You will have the advocacy skills to support client and organisational supports and needs and understanding of person-centred supports. You will demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills forging collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholder groups including, but not be limited to, your peers and leaders; people with a disability; government officials, businesses and industry groups.
