Job Description

Elders, a trusted Australian agribusiness with 185 years of history, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to join our family-backed team. This role is part of a strong culture that values passion, dedication, and resilience.

The Territory Sales Manager will provide expert livestock sales support and insights to clients, working both in-branch and traveling the countryside. They will assess and prepare livestock for market to obtain maximum value for clients.

About the Role
  • Maintain professional relationships and grow a strong portfolio of new and existing clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new livestock sales opportunities by developing strategic partnerships and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key industry partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide onsite livestock advice to clients, recommending products and services that meet their needs and goals.
  • Employ negotiating skills to bring buyers and sellers together, maximizing promotional opportunities and driving revenue growth.
