**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads
  • Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business
  • Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience
  • Welcoming people from all types of industries and backgrounds
  • Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting
  • A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills
  • Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries
  • Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Experience presenting to SME clients is advantageous
  • A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Respectful and professional demeanour
