The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our dynamic team. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, working collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case mangers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

We offer a competitive salary package, with a base salary of around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Qualifications and Requirements:
  • General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA; or
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
  • Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
  • You have permanent residency in Australia;
  • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
  • You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team.
