**VIP SUPPORT** is an NDIS provider that is committed to delivering high quality care to people in their homes and local communities. We provide support services tailored to their individual needs.

We are a diverse and multilingual organization supporting individuals across a wide spectrum to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.

We work one on one with our clients to design an individual support plan that can range from a traditional agency support framework to a more flexible support engagement.

All our service arrangements are designed in consultation with the individual client to ensure we meet their individual needs and goals.

**WE HAVE CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN DANDENONG**

We are looking for Disability Support worker for immediate start if you can be matched to the needs of one of our clients.

**Essential skills and competencies**:
We're looking for caring, people focused individuals who will brighten our client's days and make a positive impact on their lives. To do well in this role, you will/may have:

- Permitted to work in Australia
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
- Current Police Check
- Hold a current First Aid certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS COVID 19 Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written English (second languages Burmese regarded favorably)

**Desirable accreditations competencies**:

- Current Working with Children Check (highly desirable)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care /or relevant (highly desirable)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Mental Health: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
