Field Service Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing and maintaining a diverse range of equipment, including cranes and drilling and piling machinery. The successful candidate will be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, or Perth, with travel throughout Australia as required.

About the Job
  • This hands-on role requires the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • You will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and component replacements, as well as expanding and maintaining customer relationships in the field.
  • A key aspect of this role is adhering to safety guidelines in the workplace and completing service reporting and manufacturers documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade qualified in Auto Electrical or Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required.
  • Capable of working independently in the field, problem solving in various situations.
