Mobile Equipment Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and promote a safety culture and industry leadership on our remote civil and mining projects in the Northern Territory. This site-based workshop role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and Project Manager.
- Lead resources to meet maintenance schedules and drive operational efficiencies;
- Provide leadership and supervision through presence, guidance, and feedback;
- Motivate team members towards goals;
- Conduct employee performance appraisals and develop improvement plans;
- Resolve crew problems and conflicts;
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance of mobile plant equipment, including fault finding and diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
- Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade qualification;
- Current driver's license;
- Experience in supervisory or management roles;
- Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi mobile equipment;
- Experience with Kenworth and Mack Trucks and ancillary gear;
- Understanding of civil/mining mobile plant and crushing operations;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems like MEX;
- Strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills;
- Effective communication skills for liaising with employees, clients, and suppliers;
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude;
- Willingness to work in remote locations;
- Hands-on approach.
