About the Role

The organization seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-profile design and construct commercial fit-out projects.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants, designers, and subcontractors
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, procurement, and reporting
  • Drive quality outcomes and maintain compliance with safety standards and organizational procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
  • Identify potential risks and resolve issues proactively
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or similar field
  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within D&C commercial interiors
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Confident using project management software and systems
  • Solutions-focused with a hands-on, collaborative approach
