As a key member of our technical team, we are seeking an ambitious and innovative Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join us in delivering exceptional service availability and performance for all customer experience (CX) products.

This role requires Australian citizenship status and 24x7x365 rotational rosters, including on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage.

The NOC Engineer will ensure maximum service availability and performance by providing support to internal teams and serving as a central hub of communication regarding network and platform status and ongoing events.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Troubleshooting Cloud Systems and Network platform issues from a server-side perspective.
  • Validating and testing NICE CX products and platforms.
  • Performing routine health checks to ensure quick detection of service-affecting issues.
  • Responding to alarms, alerts, or abnormal behaviors detected through reactive or proactive monitoring.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SaaS/cloud-based software environments, VoIP implementation and support, firewalls, BMC, .NET, SQL, Microsoft technologies, TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, telecom circuits, VoIP Gateways, SS7 Controllers, soft switches, ITIL Foundation certification, and experience within an ITIL organization.
