Cloud Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in analysing, designing and implementing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage detailed and intricate operational tasks and multifaceted project execution. They will also be able to build rapport and collaborate effectively to deliver creative and effective technology solutions.

The role involves participating in the full development lifecycle, including solution analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment and documentation. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit critical business requirements and analyse case managed and resolve business problems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including solution analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment and documentation.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit critical business requirements and analyse case managed and resolve business problems.
  • Provide feedback and input to designs for system improvement and proactively identify issues, risks and opportunities for optimal business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of discrete pieces of work managing through the project lifecycle including system configuration.
  • Prepare associated documentation using a broad range of techniques that is simple, clear, unambiguous and concise language.

Requirements:

  • Experience in analysing, designing and implementing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage detailed and intricate operational tasks and multifaceted project execution.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively to deliver creative and effective technology solutions.
  • Superior attention to detail in all facets of your work to ensure robust and sound deliverables.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic fast paced team environment and champion an evolving landscape.
