Job Title:

Cloud Solutions Developer

A Cloud Solutions Developer is responsible for designing and developing technical solutions for complex business problems. They work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cloud-based applications using ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services platforms.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in cloud computing, including AWS services such as Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and Amazon DynamoDB. They should also have high-level experience in ServiceNow development, including ServiceNow certified System Administrator, and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key responsibilities include providing expert process advice, guidance, and facilitation to stakeholders and IT service management (ITSM) process owners on best practices for cloud development, solution architecture, and methodology. They will also be assessed on their ability to demonstrate key capabilities, knowledge, and experience in areas such as problem analysis, root cause diagnosis, and solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-based applications using ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services platforms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions for complex business problems
  • Provide expert process advice, guidance, and facilitation to stakeholders and ITSM process owners on best practices for cloud development, solution architecture, and methodology
  • Assess and analyze production incidents and lead and work effectively as part of a team of experts to resolve multi-functional problems

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in cloud computing, including AWS services such as Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and Amazon DynamoDB
  • High-level experience in ServiceNow development, including ServiceNow certified System Administrator
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team of experts
