About the Role

Smart Energy is looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling installations nationwide, ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow for our installers and customers.

  • Schedule and confirm installer availability across the country
  • Manage daily/weekly appointment changes and reschedule as needed
  • Recruit and onboard electricians and plumbers nationally
  • Handle inbound calls and texts from customers and contractors
  • Provide regular confirmations and negotiate rearrangements
  • Resolve issues quickly and calmly, reassuring both customers and contractors
  • Keep installations on track by managing expectations and finding solutions
About You
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in scheduling, project coordination or business development roles
  • A strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Quick problem solver with a calm and professional approach
  • Tech savvy and commercially astute with a self-starting attitude
