The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Joinery Installer / Site Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves overseeing and carrying out the on-site installation of joinery while coordinating with clients, trades, and suppliers. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to move into a drafting or project management role as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install custom joinery on-site across commercial and residential projects

  • Coordinate and manage site works, tradespeople, and subcontractors

  • Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans

  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

  • Liaise with clients, builders, and the in-house team

  • Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with WHS standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in joinery installation, ideally with a cabinetmaking or shopfitting background

  • Experience supervising or managing works on-site

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

  • White Card and valid driver's licence required

  • Experience or interest in CAD/drafting/project coordination is highly regarded
