The role of Workforce Planning Analyst is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
This analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing workforce planning strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing expert advice to senior executives.
- Developing and managing project roles, including executive and non-executive positions.
- Designing role descriptions, creating change management communications, and providing HR support.
- Managing portfolios with business writing, delivering change, and internal communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Double vaccination certificate.
- Experience in role design and description writing, with MERCER accreditation highly regarded.
- Expert knowledge of NSW Government Sector Employment legislation.
