About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Incitec Pivot Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, planning and executing major maintenance activities, and providing guidance and support to maintenance teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement weekly and monthly maintenance schedules to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute major maintenance activities, including shutdowns and capital projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams and contractors to ensure compliance with company HSE Performance Standards and applicable acts and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance costs and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to HSE, quality, and asset management.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines or a degree in Engineering.
  • Supervisory experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a heavy industry environment.
  • Demonstrated HSE leadership experience and a commitment to a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Project management experience and ability to develop and implement tactical and strategic asset plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
