As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, preparing and drafting appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required, developing customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.

Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
