AI Transformation Specialist

As a key member of the Modern Work team at Microsoft, you will play a crucial role in empowering organizations to unlock the full potential of AI. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that drive digital transformation and innovation.
As a Copilot for Microsoft 365 Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the adoption and implementation of Copilot for Microsoft 365. This includes leading technical discussions, providing strategic input, and collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive customer success.
As a Modern Workplace Solutions Architect, you will design and implement comprehensive solutions that leverage the power of Microsoft 365 to drive business outcomes. This includes architecture design sessions, proof of concept development, and strategic planning to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Scale Copilot's and Teams Customer Engagements: Reach out to customers proactively and independently, leveraging knowledge of customer context, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement, and Viva solutions.
- Build Strategy for Copilot's and Teams: Provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in the Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement, and Viva solutions space.
- Solution Design and Proof of Concept for Copilot's and Teams: Demonstrate Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement, and Viva solutions, services, and integration, presenting and applying architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning.
- Change Management and Adoption: Drive adoption and change management by developing a clear strategy and execution plan, including readiness assessments, value realization, and optimization.
- Capability in conducting pilots to confirm the Copilot for M365 strategy and value proposition, preparing the environment for deployment, and defining enterprise deployment programs.
- Collaborate and Orchestrate: Work in a v-team and drive technical solutions to drive the success of customers and Microsoft.
- Education: Proactively identify learning gaps, monitor and respond to internal tech community posts, attend community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practice expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrate new and updated Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams products and services.
- Leverage Partner Ecosystem: Act as the liaison between the partner and team, facilitating partner resources and processes, identifying Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, devices, Frontline Worker, and Viva skill and resource gaps, and providing feedback to internal teams.
