We are seeking a senior expert to lead our ServiceNow projects and services, ensuring high customer satisfaction. This key role involves delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Technical Delivery: As a seasoned professional, you will lead and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions (development, testing, and implementation) as an individual contributor or team leader. Your goal is to achieve exceptional results by leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow best practices and standards.
  • Design Specifications Documentation: You will create design specifications documentation that delights customers by considering out-of-the-box functionality, ServiceNow best practices, and their gathered requirements through skilled technical and functional design workshops.
  • Trust-Based Relationships: Establishing excellent trust-based relationships with client stakeholders is crucial for this role. You will build a strong reputation based on accuracy and quality of delivery, recommending effective solutions around risk management, process improvement, and automation.
  • New Engagements and Opportunities: You will identify and influence new engagements and opportunities within the client organization. These insights will be communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving and Escalation: In this role, you will be the trusted escalation point for all teams engaged in the account, including vendors, management, and other professionals contributing to deliverables. Quick problem-solving and calm decision-making are essential skills.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Creation: You will enhance the technical and consulting capabilities of junior colleagues by mentoring and coaching them. Additionally, you will participate in hiring recommendations and interviews for new professionals.
