Rental Operations Agent Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Operations Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support in our Gold Coast Airport Area branch.

This is a casual ongoing role with a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week. You will be interacting with customers on the counter, promoting our products and services, completing rental bookings, inspecting vehicles for damages, and assisting with the cleaning of our vehicles in the wash bay.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Representative - face-to-face interaction promoting our brand
  • Completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings efficiently and accurately
  • Vehicle Cleaning Specialist - cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
  • Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals
Requirements
  • A full and valid driver's licence
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
  • Adaptability - ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
  • Technical Skills - comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
