Rental Sales Officer Customer Service Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers, providing information and additional services based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of customers
  • Offering information and additional services based on customer needs
  • Checking and cleaning of vehicles on return of rental
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role.
  • Technical Ability: Ability to learn and operate various software systems is required.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Teamwork: A strong team ethic is necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current, unrestricted driver's license is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry is desirable.
