About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate you will be involved in all aspects of our business. You will interact with customers face to face, promoting the brand and completing rental bookings. Your tasks will also include inspecting vehicles for damages and assisting with vehicle cleaning.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers, promote the brand and assist with marketing products and services.
  • Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings accurately.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals.
Requirements
  • Applicants must have a full and valid driver's license.
  • Minimum availability of 3-4 days per week is required.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to input rental information accurately.
