Job Role Overview

The Workforce Planning and Administration Officer role supports our Customer Service and Ramp teams at Sydney Airport.

About the Position

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes initiative, is task-focused, and is eager to contribute to long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff rosters and the rostering/payroll system.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager.
  • Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminal's 2 & 3.
  • Professionally manage all telephone calls.
  • Establish systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain client airline billing records.
  • General ad-hoc duties where assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Task driven and focused with an ability to time manage, prioritise and multi task.
  • Previous rostering and payroll experience required.
  • Confidence and skill in handling employee and management enquiries.
  • Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting regional aviation.
