About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk and kitchen operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our clients, including greeting and assisting them with their needs.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise the kitchen staff, ensure that food is prepared and served safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head of Facilities, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and coordinating events.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
