We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Sunset View Windows and Doors. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a proven track record of providing top-notch administrative support.

Below are some of the key responsibilities for this position:

  • Scheduling Sales Appointments according to geographical location
  • Completing other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
  • Greeting visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and providing them with any necessary directions or information
  • Making appointments for employees and ensuring the calendar is current and correct
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and emails and making sure the right people receive all important information

Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in a similar role, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
