Installation Scheduler Role

This role involves managing the coordination and administrative functions required for various installation projects throughout Australia. As an Installation Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of each new door installation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow and maintain project schedules.
  • Review and coordinate subcontractors, hire equipment, and labour hire.
  • Liaise with customers, developing strong relationships through continuous communication.
  • Create Purchase Orders, Contract variations, and track job costs.
  • Raise invoices to clients and track receipt of payments.
  • Maintain inductions, licenses, and safe work method statements.
  • Ongoing issue resolution for customers through excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Record and store project documentation in a manner that allows effective and efficient project management.
  • Assist with answering phones, supporting the Service Schedulers, and general office administration tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and organisational support.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, work autonomously, and multitask within a busy environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and data entry skills.
  • High-level organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • An ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities effortlessly.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills in order to meet deadlines.
