**Job Title:** Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the successful execution of solar and battery installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion of solar and battery installation projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer expectations.
  • Monitor project performance, including delivery timelines, installation quality, and compliance with regulatory standards, rebate schemes, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide administrative support to senior project managers, including assisting with budgeting, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and tracking of equipment deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in program or project administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum.
