Senior Project Manager Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and logistics projects nationwide. The successful candidate will oversee the construction, management, and reporting of these high-profile assets across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance excellence.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with capital providers, consultants, and legal representatives; provide clear, concise reporting on program, budget, and risk status.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Acquisitions, Finance, Asset Management, and Leasing teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Lead procurement, tendering, and management of Head Contractors (AS4902 D&C), guaranteeing that project objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Implement robust governance and risk frameworks, providing proactive solutions to technical challenges and authority approvals.
  • Develop and empower a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performing teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-site construction programs, preferably in industrial, logistics, or other complex asset classes.
  • Strong expertise in contractor procurement, contract administration, governance, and risk management.
  • Ideal candidate has worked for a Head Contractor or Property Developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially astute, with demonstrated experience in budget management and reporting.
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between VIC, NSW & QLD to manage projects on the ground.
