Data Centre Operations Supervisor Job Overview

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can lead the logistics team to success. With a strong background in leadership and warehouse management, this person will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes aligned with customer and company policies
  • Direct, monitor, and manage the activities of logistics coordinators and staff members
  • Evaluate and report on warehouse productivity, meeting financial targets and implementing cost-saving measures as needed
  • Coach and mentor the team on best practices, providing regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe culture within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of WMS and transport systems, with experience in rostering and staff allocation
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in using IT platforms
