We are seeking an experienced MRI Applications Specialist based out of Brisbane, who can deliver exceptional results in customer-facing roles.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver tailored clinical training sessions to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Liaise with customer service teams to identify and resolve technical and applications-related issues.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product and application knowledge among existing and potential customers.
  • Facilitate customer equipment implementation through comprehensive handover training and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to collect and provide high-quality images that showcase our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments by attending conferences and seminars supported by our organization.
Required Expertise:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Radiographer is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional clinical and technological knowledge in MRI, including hands-on experience, is required.
  • The ability to provide effective clinical training and foster expertise in MRI applications is critical.
  • Travel throughout Australia and New Zealand may be required for customer visits and training sessions.
  • A current driver's license is also required.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia must be provided.
