Job Opportunity: Electrical Project Coordinator

  • Critical to this role is coordinating daily tasks and projects, managing a team of employees and contractors, and ensuring safe use of tools and equipment.

  • Delegating responsibilities to crew members and contractors
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employees and contractors
  • Providing resources and staffing to meet project schedules
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Resolving conflicts and miscommunications

Work Environment

Exposed to various outdoor locations with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.

Physical Demands

This role involves standing, walking, talking, and using hands and arms to handle or feel objects.

Requirements

  • 7 years of trade experience
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
