The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager at our Carrum Downs Branch VIC, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to manage and oversee projects that address changes and developments that can have an impact on our business as a whole. You will be passionate about building strong, customer-focused relationships that keeps raising the standards in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties Include

  • Manage multiple major quotes for key and potential customers.
  • Manage project implementation on a day to day basis.
  • Generate & analyse various reports.
  • Build a strong relationship with key suppliers.
  • Purchasing & expediting won projects.
  • Protect the interests of the company with thorough management and understanding of the project being quoted.
  • Promote sales and listen to customer requirements. Take orders.
  • Quote follow up. Daily/weekly.
  • Maintain good communication with contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of expedited projects, proper communication of issues and documentation of the entire project process.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative and other tasks involved within the project coordinators scope.
  • Keep a quote register of all projects tendered & contracts.
  • Collate all project information: schedules, and maintenance manuals upon request.
  • Manage and update, in conjunction with Branch Manager, CRM customer accounts & contacts with current information.
  • Review & respond to emails.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years Electrical Wholesale / Lighting / Project Coordination experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills
