We are seeking an experienced Assessment Officer to join our team in the Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate. As an Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals and organisations to determine the validity of notifications of industry non-compliance and take appropriate action.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of individuals and organisations to determine the validity of notifications of industry non-compliance
- Take appropriate action in response to assessments, including issuing warnings, fines, or other penalties
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide expert advice to senior management on regulatory matters
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
