As an Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals and organisations to determine the validity of notifications of industry non-compliance and take appropriate action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of individuals and organisations to determine the validity of notifications of industry non-compliance
  • Take appropriate action in response to assessments, including issuing warnings, fines, or other penalties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on regulatory matters
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
