This role is an excellent chance to develop and implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM systems, including identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and privileged access controls.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex identity-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic challenges.
  • Drive IAM maturity initiatives and mentor junior engineers to build team capability.
  • Manage and enhance authentication and authorization platforms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through continuous process improvement and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IAM engineering, with deep knowledge of identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other identity protocols.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead others.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
