  We're a small, tight-knit IAM (Identity Access Management) team looking for a hands-on engineer to help take our identity platforms to the next level. This isn't a role where you'll be pigeonholed or stuck doing tickets all day — if you are someone who's curious, willing to learn, asks questions, collaborative, and keen to solve real business problems through smart engineering – you'll fit right in.
  
  The opportunity to join our team
  
  As our new IAM Engineer, you'll support and improve key Identity and Access Management platforms – SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Auth0, and Delinea. You'll work across both BAU and project work, troubleshooting issues and improving how people access the tools they need.
  
  You'll be joining a growing, delivery-focused team where technical capability is important – but people skills, learning mindset, and communication are just as critical.
  
  Key Focuses Of This Role Include
  • Administer and enhance our IAM platforms: SailPoint, Auth0, and Delinea.
  • Handle BAU and project work including config changes, implementations, and testing.
  • Support and troubleshoot IAM issues including user lifecycle, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication.
  • Raise and manage changes through formal processes (yes, there's governance).
  • Maintain clean, clear documentation that others can easily follow.
  • Occasionally support work outside business hours — changes don't always play nicely with 9 to 5
  • Be a voice in improving how we work — we value fresh thinking and better ways of doing things.
    
    
  What You Bring To This Role (more Experienced)
  • Experience with IAM platforms — SailPoint, Auth0, or Delinea is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles (lifecycle, authentication, PAM).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills — you know how to dissect a problem to identify the root cause, and can identify and implement solutions to issues.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) — automation is your friend.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset, who is comfortable working across teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — we don't have all the answers, but we figure it out together.
    
    
  What You Might Also Bring (Nice To Have)
  • Exposure to SaaS environments, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.
  • Any experience in security engineering, access governance, or policy frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with related technologies such as AD / Entra ID, LDAP, Databases, and general networking concepts.

  A small but capable team of 4-5 permanent staff (plus a few contractors), including internal talent that's grown up through the service desk and stepped into more technical roles. It's collaborative, inquisitive, and driven — we help each other level up. You'll work closely with our Senior Manager, Chris, who brings the senior experience.
