A successful candidate will have a sound understanding of customer fulfillment performance monitoring and influencing factors, as well as proficiency in working methods that ensure operational excellence in fulfillment operations. They'll be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach diverse teams.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can foster close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfillment Integration team and key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our code of conduct, standard operating procedures, and local legislation related to health, safety, and security within the Fulfillment Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end supply chains and supply chain methods, policies, and requirements. They'll be competent in resource planning aligned with potential sales scenarios, forecasts, and fulfillment flow allocation. Above all, they'll embody our values and champion them in their daily work, inspiring their team to do the same.
