• Develop and implement the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure management, systems development, and data governance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Manage IT budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring quality service delivery and technology investments

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar senior IT leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and security practices
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive organizational success
