About This Role

This position involves managing resources and operational expenses to maximise efficiency and drive profitability in fulfillment operations.

  • Implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance the customer and co-worker experience.
  • Fostering close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfillment Integration team and key stakeholders to maximise goods availability and customer order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety & security within the Fulfillment Operations team.

We need someone who has a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chains alongside supply chain methods, policies, and requirements.

Responsibilities
