About This Role

This position is responsible for implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance customer and co-worker experience.

  • Fostering close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfillment Integration team and key stakeholders to maximise goods availability and customer order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety & security within the Fulfillment Operations team.

We are looking for a strong leader who can coach and develop a high-performing Fulfillment Operations team, cultivating communication, flexibility, and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

We need a person who has a sound understanding of Customer Fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors, proficiency in working methods that ensure operational excellence in Fulfillment Operations, collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
