Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Land Portfolio Manager to lead the effective management of our land and tenement portfolio across Western Australia.
About the RoleThis key position will be responsible for securing and maintaining land access, ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, and upholding all regulatory obligations.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Company's land and tenement portfolio, ensuring all obligations are in accordance with legislation and reported in a timely and accurate manner to relevant authorities.
- Develop and maintain systems and procedures that support compliance obligations and maintain up-to-date records.
- Monitor legislative and policy changes affecting land and tenure and provide internal guidance and training as required.
- Prepare and coordinate responses to regulatory audits and reviews.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Geosciences, Law, Planning, Environment Commerce or equivalent.
- 10+ years' experience in land management, legal support, or a related field within the mining, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Western Australian mining legislation, regulations, legal compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
