**Land Economist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Economist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on land and property administration, urban planning, and market development policies.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in economics, finance, or a related field. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include managing assets for land and property use, offering valuation and financing expertise, evaluating land for residential, industrial, and commercial property development and acquisition, and conducting market analyses to determine property values.
