Regional Process Analyst Role

This role is designed to support business processes and system improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leads to develop standardized definitions and processes that promote transparency and enable reporting.
  • Define key minimum master data sets and form common definitions of key data sets across all business units.
  • Ensure processes meet global template requirements, allowing for consolidation and best practice sharing.
  • Critically review and refine processes using tools like value stream mapping to achieve lean processes while maintaining control and flexibility.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture and design simple, efficient processes with needed internal controls.
  • Digitize processes where possible to bring forth automation and remove manual repetitive work.
  • Ensure key data is captured through defined processes to allow automation of reporting through various tools.
Requirements:
  • Commerce, technology, or science degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in business process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify shortfalls in business processes & systems, define improvement measures, and manage implementation.
  • Prior experience implementing and refining processes in SAP.
  • Experience in audit and project management desirable.
  • Strong data analytical skills and systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient knowledge of core SAP functions and Tableau/Celonis advantageous.
