The role involves planning and delivering timely and appropriate care, observing consumers, collaborating with registered nurses, consumers, and the team, and ensuring confidentiality, dignity, and respect.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to make a positive impact in the lives of consumers and contribute to a dynamic team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Core nursing skills of planning and providing appropriate care
- Promoting consumers' independence and engagement in meaningful activity
- Compassion and empathy towards people in distress
- Non-judgmental attitude and interest in people from all walks of life
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening
- Ability to remain calm and use de-escalation skills
