Nursing Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to address their health goals.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Active practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Training.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider and Renewal.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Provider and Recertification.
- Certified in Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS).
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility to facilitate changes in techniques and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge and competence of skills and concepts related to the position.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Able to respect and promote confidentiality.
- Able to perform the duties of the position on a regular basis.
- Able to respect and promote a culturally diverse population.
- Able to work effectively and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, clients, and within interdisciplinary teams.
