Palliative Care Specialist Locum

Western Health is seeking Palliative Care Specialists to fill a locum/casual position, providing leave cover as needed. Key responsibilities include quality patient care in accordance with the care model of the ward/unit and clinical procedures performed in accordance with Western Health policy and procedure.
Our ideal candidate has a medical qualification in Palliative Medicine (FRACP and/or FAChPM) and current Australian medical registration. They also possess credentials for the position, relevant clinical experience, and clinical competence required for the level of position.
A strong ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team and effective organizational skills are essential for this role. If you have experience in the support and supervision of Junior Medical Staff and can demonstrate your ability to deliver high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
