Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering support services to ensure optimal vessel performance and asset management efficiency.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of vessels, optimising maintenance strategies and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain rigorous internal controls and governance in line with regulatory and company standards.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in engineering management, ideally within the maritime or logistics sectors. You will have proven leadership skills, a track record of delivering operational excellence, and a passion for driving innovation and sustainability. Experience in asset management, safety leadership, and strategic planning is essential.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Maritime Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience, ideally in a maritime, logistics, or engineering environment.
  • Extensive project management experience, with a track record of delivering large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance, particularly in vessel lifecycle management and optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations, and managing complex commercial and operational needs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance within the maritime industry.
