  • Rail and Aviation projects nationally.

Objective:

Support the Managing Director and lead the Human Factors function in fulfilling deliverables and growing the team.

About You:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Systems Engineering, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding or experience in HF Engineering, HF Integration, HF Assurance, Systems Engineering, and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of relevant HF standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, and Rail Safety National Law and Regulations.
  • Minimum years' experience in applying HF methods and knowledge in rail, aviation, resources, energy, mining, and/or resources industries.
  • Experience in delivering and influencing HF and change activities to meet project and business outcomes.
  • Proven strong team leadership capabilities.
