Our team is assembling a diverse group of AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, optics, and data analysis experts to revolutionise defence capabilities in Australia and beyond.

You'll be an operations analysis specialist who interfaces with stakeholders, including internal programs and external customers. You'll listen carefully to their needs and design mathematical and physical analyses to present clear, compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop model-driven analysis and create the models themselves.
  • Gain a deep understanding of transformational value of autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
  • Utilise advanced internal modelling and simulation capabilities to gain an asymmetric advantage over competitors.
  • Present value of AI-powered distributed systems compared to traditional industrial offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Military mission MS&A experience, such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires missions.
  • Platform MS&A experience, including value proposition analyses involving aero, fuel, and signature modelling.
  • Payload MS&A experience, including physics-based trade-space analyses for radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons payloads.
  • Minimum 2 years AFSIM scripting experience.
  • Nominal proficiency with physics-math scripting, such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, Python+numpy, scipy.
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant Science and/or Engineering related field.
